Meet The Team

Francesca leads the Business Services and Paralegal division at Montresor Legal, after joining three years ago to establish these business lines. She has over 18 years of experience in legal recruitment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities. 

Prior to joining Montresor, Fran spent over 14 years at another agency, progressing to the role of Director. Her experience spans collaborations with international firms, US-based practices, Magic Circle firms, boutiques, and UK-based law firms.

She thrives on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, always aiming to go the extra mile and serve as a true partner to law firms. Beyond her professional endeavours, she serves as a governor at a primary school, reflecting her commitment to community engagement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog and exploring the Kent countryside.
