In-house Counsel - Structured Finance Lawyer
We are working with a leading financial institution who is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Lawyer to join their Legal team in London.
The role will involve advising across the full transaction life cycle, from initial structuring and execution through to ongoing legal, regulatory and reputational matters. Product coverage includes mortgages, CMBS, receivables financing, portfolio of loans, asset-backed securities, repackaging, and CLOs, working closely with trading, structuring and investment banking teams.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years' PQE gained in a leading law firm or financial institution.
- Strong structured finance experience across multiple asset classes.
- Knowledge of UK and EU securitisation regulations.
- Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Law firm training is pre-requisite for the role

Associate General Counsel - Investment Management
An established international investment firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its in-house legal team in a senior, commercially focused position.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of investment management and strategic commercial matters, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the negotiation and execution of complex investment management and commercial agreements.
Structure, draft and negotiate documentation covering separately managed accounts, investment management mandates, bespoke fund vehicles, joint ventures and seeding arrangements, supporting the appointment of portfolio managers and deployment of investment capital.
Advise on contractual, governance and regulatory matters relating to investment activities.
Partner with investment professionals and senior management on key business initiatives.

Key Requirements
10+ years' PQE gained at a leading law firm or within an investment management business.

Exposure to manager seeding, strategic investments or management company transactions would be advantageous.
Excellent negotiation skills, commercial judgment and ability to operate independently.
