The Opportunity

We are currently mandated to assist a Global Elite law firm in securing a high-calibre Associate for their top-tier Structured Finance practice in London.

This firm is widely regarded as having one of the most sophisticated and innovative finance teams in the market. They act for a premier client base consisting of investment banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and hedge funds on the most complex, high-value, and cross-border structured transactions globally.

This is a rare entry point for a junior lawyer to join a team that sits at the cutting edge of the market, offering unparalleled exposure to asset-backed finance and diverse securitisation structures.

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for a bright, ambitious, and technically excellent lawyer who is ready to thrive in a high-intensity, high-reward environment.

  • Qualification: * England & Wales qualified, OR * Admitted in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (specifically Australia or New Zealand) with a strong desire to relocate to/practice in London.
  • Experience: NQ-2 years of post-qualification experience gained within the structured finance practice of a reputable international or top-tier domestic firm.
  • Technical Skillset: Strong academic background and a genuine interest in the mechanics of complex financing instruments. You should have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage competing demands under pressure.
  • Attributes: You are proactive, commercially minded, and possess the resilience to work on high-stakes, time-sensitive transactions.
