The firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate (2-5 PQE) to join their London-based Infrastructure Finance team. The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a technically excellent lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.
- Qualification: England & Wales qualified, OR admitted in a Common Law jurisdiction (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, Canada) with strong relevant experience and a desire to practice in London.
- Experience: 2-5 years of post-qualification experience gained within the infrastructure, project finance, or debt finance practice of a recognised top-tier or international firm.
- Technical Skillset: Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex financing documentation (facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements). Experience with project finance structures is highly preferred.
- Commercial Acumen: The ability to translate complex legal issues into commercial solutions for sophisticated global clients.
- Attributes: You are a team player with high attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ambition to excel in a demanding, high-performance culture.
