Real Estate Finance NQ | Elite US Law Firm, London

We are working closely with a leading US firm, with an established London office, looking to grow their banking and finance team. Experience in real estate finance is preferable but those with broader or other banking seats will be considered too. A passion for real estate finance is essential. We have been instructed by the hiring partners who are considered leaders in the London market. The culture is collaborative and entrepreneurial.

The Role

You will advise on the financing of real estate assets across both development and investment facilities, including:

Senior loans
Mezzanine facilities
Complex, multi-jurisdictional financings
Drafting and negotiation CPs, security and loan documents

Requirements

Strong academic background
Currently training or Newly qualified solicitor in England & Wales retained by their current firm
0 - 2 years' PQE in general finance/real estate finance work
