Junior French-Qualified Lawyer - Structured Finance / Derivatives | London

We're working with a top-tier global law firm in London, known for its market-leading finance practice, international client base, and genuinely collaborative culture.

They are now looking to add a junior French-qualified lawyer with experience in structured finance and/or derivatives to join the team on either a permanent or interim basis.

The role:
You will work closely with senior partners and international clients on complex, cross-border transactions, including:

* Structured finance and securitisation matters
* Derivatives and hedging arrangements
* Capital markets-related work
* Multi-jurisdictional deals with major financial institutions
* High-value, sophisticated transactions in a fast-moving environment

The ideal candidate:
* French-qualified lawyer (avocat)
* Junior level (approximately 1-3 PQE)
* Strong background in structured finance and/or derivatives
* Excellent drafting skills in English (French an advantage)
* Commercial, proactive, and keen to develop within a top international platform
