We are working with a top US firm and their leading Funds team looking to bring on associates of the mid-senior level.

The firm are growing in the private funds space and more specifically, in the secondaries space.

High ranking, hands on partners, great culture, ability to be staffed on a mixture of high quality work with top clients.

Ideal experience for the secondaries position:

- LP secondaries on the buy side

- Mix of LP and GP experience

- Strong technical skills

- England/Wales qualified, but will consider Australian/NZ qualified candidates

- Ideally 3-10 PQE

Corporate Associate (M&A/PE) - Class Year 2024, Elite US Law Firm, London

Montresor Legal is mandated by an elite US law firm in London seeking to hire class year 2024 corporate associates for its leading M&A practice.

The firm services leading sponsors and major blue-chip corporates on some of the most significant cross border M&A deals in the market.

Culturally the firm is laser focused on sustainable hiring, very carefully bringing in laterals to compliment its own trained talent. They had a smaller class year in 2024 with less trainees than usual qualifying into the transactional practice.
