Senior Associate / Special Counsel - Private Equity
I am currently working with a Top 20 Private Equity partner who is looking to hire senior private equity lawyers. The practice is in growth mode and continues to climb the rankings.
The team advises on a range of sponsor-focused mid to upper-market transactions, with a strong emphasis on cross-border mandates across multiple sectors.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞:
🔹 UK or Common Law qualified;
🔹 Ideally 5-8 PQE (exceptional candidates outside this range will also be considered)
🔹 Solid experience in Private Equity, either solely or alongside broader corporate M&A work
