Role Overview:
You will be part of a high-performing team providing advice on UK and EU competition, antitrust, and foreign investment matters, supporting complex, high-value cross-border transactions.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 PQE in a top-tier competition / antitrust practice
- Strong experience advising on global merger control, antitrust issues, and foreign investment matters across the UK and Europe
- Comfortable working in a transaction-focused, high-profile environment with exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters
