You'll have a law degree and at least a year's experience in criminal or contentious paralegal work, ideally within a litigation context. An eye for detail and a genuine interest in criminal law are essential, as you'll be managing large volumes of documents, maintaining case spreadsheets, and working with digital review platforms to analyse and organise evidence.
