The Role
- Provide advanced support on commercial litigation, arbitration, and asset recovery cases.
- Manage document review and disclosure using leading e-disclosure platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.).
- Draft, review, and prepare complex litigation documents with accuracy and commercial judgement.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and overseas partners.
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
- Shadow the founder for the first 6-12 months, developing a deep understanding of strategic disputes work at the highest level.
You will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial disputes (litigation and/or arbitration).
- Background in a top-tier or boutique disputes firm - or in-house within a litigation funder or asset recovery consultancy.
- Strong grasp of civil procedure, cross-border enforcement, freezing orders, or fraud-related disputes.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Confident managing high-value, fast-moving matters with minimal supervision.
- Hungry, ambitious, and self-driven - thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
- This role is not open to qualified solicitors.
