Property Solicitor



A leading residential property business is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within a growing organisation at the forefront of building safety and property management reform in the UK.
The business is open-minded about background, they're looking for a strong property lawyer first and foremost, but would particularly welcome candidates with experience or interest in one of the following areas:
- Broad real estate experience, including leases, freehold and leasehold structures, residential property, and general property advisory work; or
- Specialist experience in building safety and regulatory matters, ideally with exposure to the Building Safety Act, remediation issues, or wider housing compliance.
Whichever route you come from, this is a role for a lawyer who enjoys combining technical property work with broader strategic input. You'll advise across teams including operations, compliance, and senior management, helping to shape how the business navigates the evolving legal and regulatory landscape in property and building safety.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a background in property law.
- Experience in residential property or building safety legislation highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial outlook and ability to deliver clear, practical advice.
