Disputes Paralegal
UK&I - London
Permanent
Up to £50k

A rare opportunity for a Paralegal to join one of London's most interesting and fast-growing strategic advisory firms, an organisation that operates at the cutting edge of commercial litigation, arbitration, fraud, and asset recovery.

This isn't a law firm in the traditional sense. It's a global strategic counsel business, combining legal precision with commercial insight to advise clients on complex, high-stakes disputes across multiple jurisdictions. The disputes arm is led by a high-profile litigator with a history of landmark cases and a proven record of building world-class teams.

You'll work directly alongside the founder, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated, cross-border matters in the market. For an ambitious paralegal, it's an opportunity to learn from the top while helping shape the next phase of an expanding global practice.

The Role

  • Provide advanced support on commercial litigation, arbitration, and asset recovery cases.
  • Manage document review and disclosure using leading e-disclosure platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.).
  • Draft, review, and prepare complex litigation documents with accuracy and commercial judgement.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and overseas partners.
  • Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
  • Shadow the founder for the first 6-12 months, developing a deep understanding of strategic disputes work at the highest level.

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial disputes (litigation and/or arbitration).
  • Background in a top-tier or boutique disputes firm - or in-house within a litigation funder or asset recovery consultancy.
  • Strong grasp of civil procedure, cross-border enforcement, freezing orders, or fraud-related disputes.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Confident managing high-value, fast-moving matters with minimal supervision.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and self-driven - thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
  • This role is not open to qualified solicitors.

This firm is hugely entrepreneurial, dynamic, and globally minded. You'll be joining a close-knit team where initiative is valued, growth is rapid, and success is built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration.

If you're a senior paralegal who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments, and you want to be part of something genuinely different, this is the one to watch.
