AV Analyst
We're working with a leading international law firm to hire an AV Analyst to join their in-house IT team. Based in the London office, this is a fully on-site role supporting the technology behind client meetings, hybrid events, and internal collaboration.
This is not your typical AV tech role. You'll be supporting a broad unified communications environment - from Microsoft Teams Rooms and Crestron systems to live video conferencing, Raspberry Pi setups, and high-spec hearing rooms. You'll be responsible for resolving live support issues, maintaining AV infrastructure, and ensuring seamless technology delivery across all client and internal events.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hybrid meetings, live events, and video conferences
- Troubleshoot issues across a range of AV and UC systems, including Teams Rooms, Polycom, and Crestron
- Conduct regular room checks and preventative maintenance
- Participate in project work, tech testing, and out-of-hours deployments when needed
- Contribute to improving AV/UC standards, documentation, and governance
- Manage AV equipment inventory and support procurement processes
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with agreed SLAs, reporting issues as needed
What you'll bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in an AV/UC support role within a professional or corporate environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and AV integration
- Familiarity with SIP protocol, basic networking, and common AV platforms
- Experience with Windows systems and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, calm approach under pressure
- Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent user experience
- Willingness to meet the physical demands of the role, including setting up equipment, moving hardware, and supporting live environments

The Role
- Provide advanced support on commercial litigation, arbitration, and asset recovery cases.
- Manage document review and disclosure using leading e-disclosure platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.).
- Draft, review, and prepare complex litigation documents with accuracy and commercial judgement.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and overseas partners.
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
- Shadow the founder for the first 6-12 months, developing a deep understanding of strategic disputes work at the highest level.
You will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial disputes (litigation and/or arbitration).
- Background in a top-tier or boutique disputes firm - or in-house within a litigation funder or asset recovery consultancy.
- Strong grasp of civil procedure, cross-border enforcement, freezing orders, or fraud-related disputes.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Confident managing high-value, fast-moving matters with minimal supervision.
- Hungry, ambitious, and self-driven - thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
- This role is not open to qualified solicitors.
