The Opportunity:
You'll work on complex fundraisings for private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate funds, advising top-tier sponsors on fund structuring, formation, and regulatory matters. The role offers exposure to both UK and international matters, and a chance to work closely with high-profile partners recognised in the market for their expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years' post-qualification experience from a top-tier law firm, with a focus on investment funds
- Strong experience advising fund managers on private fund formation and related matters
- Excellent technical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and interest in building long-term client relationships
- UK qualification preferred, though international candidates with relevant experience will be considered
