TMT Associate 3-4 PQE - US Firm

A boutique law firm with stylish offices in Mayfair is looking to appoint a mid-senior level lawyer with the versatility to work across both corporate and dispute resolution matters.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a central role within a growing practice - positioned between the Managing Partner and a more junior associate - offering high-quality client work without the need for an existing following.

The work will include:

• Acting on commercial and corporate disputes, including shareholder disagreements.
• Advising on and drafting corporate documentation.
• Supporting existing clients while helping to expand the firm's offering.
• Taking ownership of a varied caseload, allowing the Managing Partner to focus on business growth.

What we're looking for:

• A qualified solicitor with strong experience in both corporate law and dispute resolution.
• Confidence in handling shareholder and commercial disputes as well as corporate transactional work.
• Mid to senior level experience, ready to take on responsibility and work independently.
• Someone who thrives in a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment with a strong client base.
