Tom founded Montresor and led the business through its transition to Employee Ownership, before taking up his current role in the Partner team. 

His practice focuses on partner and senior in-house searches within private capital, where he has built long-standing relationships with lawyers across private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure.

He works at the senior end of the market, advising firms on strategic partner hires and supporting private capital clients in appointing their next General Counsel.
