Meet The Team

Freddie leads our Partner Search practice, placing partners into US and English firms, in London, Europe and Asia. Freddie qualified as a banking lawyer in 2008, before moving to search in 2010 (a world much better suited to his skillset).

Although Freddie has a background in finance law, his headhunting experience is varied with particularly deep experience in disputes, corporate, competition and indeed banking. He prides himself on being well connected to decision makers, as well as having a unique understanding of the culture of different law firms. 

Freddie moved to Montresor in 2023, and has been most excited by gaining unrivalled market intelligence with our In-House team, as well as working alongside our elite law firm headhunters. 

When not talking to lawyers, Freddie can be found on a golf course, a ski slope, coaching his children at rugby and cricket or trying to cook one meal his whole family will enjoy.
