Role
The opportunity has arisen for an associate who is ideally UK qualified to join their market leading structured finance practice. One can do a broader mix of capital markets transactions too but the focus will be more on the Securitisation side. Within Securitisation the work is genuinely broad and includes a wide range of sectors. Candidates will have top academics and experience at a leading law firm. This role is based in London and the ideal level is 4-7 PQE, although those slightly outside this range will be considered too. There will also be great partnership prospects for someone short to medium term as the team are mandated to grow and have an exceptional track record of internal promotions.
