I'm working on an excellent opportunity for a junior documentation negotiator to join an established financial services legal/documentation team in London.
This would be a great next step for someone who has gained some initial experience negotiating or reviewing derivatives or securities financing documentation and is looking to develop their technical expertise within a supportive team.
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience of some of the following:
* ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes (CSAs)
* GMRAs and/or GMSLAs
* Reviewing, drafting or negotiating trading documentation
* Working with legal, credit, front office and other internal stakeholders
* Supporting documentation negotiations through to execution
You do not need to be an expert across all of the above. Some practical experience with ISDA/CSA and/or GMRA/GMSLA documentation is the key requirement, alongside a willingness to learn and develop.

Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for someone with hands-on experience across fund formation, structuring and registrations, ideally combined with some knowledge of derivatives.
This is a particularly interesting role for someone who enjoys the more technical and bespoke end of the funds space. Funds Services Counsel - Depositary Services & Fund Administration - 12 month contract
We are currently recruiting for a Funds Services EMEA Counsel to join a leading international investment bank, supporting its Depositary Services and Fund Administration/Accounting businesses on a 12 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services lawyer with 4+ years' PQE and relevant Funds Services experience to join an established EMEA legal team.
The successful candidate will ideally bring:
* 4+ years' PQE
* Strong Financial Services experience, particularly within Funds Services
* Experience advising on Depositary Services
* Knowledge of Fund Administration and/or Fund Accounting Services
* Experience reviewing and negotiating relevant commercial and service agreements
* A strong understanding of the regulatory environment affecting funds and fund service providers
* The ability to work closely with business, product, compliance and other stakeholders across EMEA
Experience gained within an investment bank, global custodian, depositary, fund administrator, asset manager or leading law firm would be particularly relevant.

Payments / Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer - 12 month contract

We are working with a leading global investment bank looking to appoint an experienced Payments / Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer for a 12-month contract within its legal team.
This is a commercially focused role supporting a global Payments and Transaction Banking business, with particular emphasis on UK and European products, regulation and new product initiatives.
The role will include:
* Providing legal and regulatory advice across a range of payments and cash management products and services
* Advising on UK and EU payments and financial services regulation
* Supporting new product development, business initiatives and client solutions
* Working closely with Product, Compliance, Risk and other control functions on legal and regulatory matters
* Identifying and advising on product and regulatory risk
* Providing commercially practical advice on the application of law, regulation and internal policy
* Working with legal colleagues and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
We're looking for:
- Approximately 3-8 years' PQE / relevant experience
- Experience within banking or financial services, gained in-house, within private practice and/or a regulatory environment
- Strong knowledge of payments, cash management or transaction banking
- Good knowledge of UK and European financial services regulation, particularly payments regulation such as PSD/PSD2
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across international and cross-functional teams
- A commercial approach and the ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice in a fast-paced environment
This would be particularly well suited to a payments lawyer, financial services regulatory lawyer or banking lawyer with strong payments experience looking to join a sophisticated international platform on a substantial contract.
