A leading financial institution is looking to hire an Employment Counsel into its London legal team.
The role will provide broad employment law support across the business, with a predominantly non-contentious focus. You will advise on a wide range of employment matters, working closely with senior stakeholders across the institution and providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.
The ideal candidate will have strong employment law experience gained within financial services, either in-house or from private practice. They are ideally seeking someone around 5-10 PQE, although candidates slightly earlier in their career will also be considered.

- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and managing complex matters with minimal supervision.
- Able to balance legal risk with commercial objectives and provide clear, practical advice in a dynamic environment.
- Fintech, payments or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.

Employment In-House Counsel (Incentives & Rewards)
A leading asset manager is looking to hire an Employment In-House Counsel to join its Legal team, with a strong focus on reward, incentives and executive compensation, alongside a broad employment remit.
The role will advise on bonus and long-term incentive arrangements, executive remuneration, benefits and reward structures, as well as pensions-related matters. You will also support on wider employment matters including TUPE, corporate transactions, senior exits, restructurings, settlements, contracts and policies.
The ideal candidate will be a minimum of 5PQE strong UK employment experience, with particular exposure to executive remuneration and incentives, alongside broader corporate and employee relations work. A commercial, pragmatic approach and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders are key.
