Reprographics Coordinator/Office Services Assistant

UK&I - London
Permanent
Up to £50k

A leading US law firm is looking to hire a Reprographics Coordinator to join its London Office Services team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining specialist reprographics responsibilities with broader Office Services support. It would suit someone with experience in reprographics, document services, office services or facilities who enjoys working in a busy professional environment and providing a consistently high level of service.

Working closely with the Office Services Manager, Reprographics Coordinator and wider team, you will provide a comprehensive reprographics service to lawyers and business services teams across the London office. This will include printing, scanning and photocopying documents, as well as finishing work including binding, laminating and guillotining.

You will also be responsible for monitoring reprographics supplies, carrying out basic troubleshooting of printers and photocopiers, escalating technical issues where necessary and ensuring that requests are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Alongside the reprographics element of the position, you will support the wider Office Services function. This will include assisting with incoming and outgoing post and couriers, maintaining copy rooms and supplies, supporting meeting room set-up and office moves, liaising with building management and contractors, and helping other support teams where required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a reprographics, office services, facilities or document services environment, ideally gained within a law firm, corporate or professional services setting. You will need strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively when dealing with multiple requests and deadlines.

Hands-on experience with modern reprographics equipment is important, alongside practical troubleshooting skills and confidence using Microsoft Office. Above all, you will be a collaborative and flexible team player who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.

The role is offered on an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension although this cannot be guaranteed. The core working hours are 11am-7pm, Monday to Friday, and candidates must be comfortable with these hours as well as providing some flexibility to cover holiday and overtime when required.
