Remote DSAR Paralegals
We are working with a leading international law firm looking for one or two paralegals to support its outsourced DSAR team.
The role will involve first-level review of DSAR matters, working as part of an established team supporting a range of clients.
Previous DSAR experience would be ideal, although strong first-level document review experience will also be considered.
The work is fully remote, with a flexible arrangement as volumes can be slightly stop/start, although there is a good pipeline of work expected over the next month or so.

Human Resources Assistant
We are working with a well-established London law firm that is looking to recruit an HR Assistant to join its small and busy HR team.
This is a junior, administration-focused role and would suit someone who is organised, reliable, discreet and happy to take ownership of the day-to-day tasks that keep an HR function running smoothly.
You will support the Head of HR and HR Officer across a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including holiday records, payroll administration, recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, trainee and SRA administration, training bookings and new joiner documentation.
The role will also include Reception cover from 5pm to 6pm each day, together with occasional Reception and Post Room cover when required.
Previous HR experience would be useful, but it is not essential. More important is someone who is professional, mature, confident communicating with people at all levels and comfortable working in a role where attention to detail and discretion are essential.
The firm is looking for someone who is happy to learn, take instruction and become a dependable part of a small team.
There is also genuine potential for the role to develop over time. As the team evolves, there may be scope for the successful candidate to take on greater HR responsibility and potentially progress into an HR Officer-level position.
The role is fully office based in Central London, working 10am to 6pm.

Part Time Finance Manager - Law Firm
We are working with a highly regarded, growing London law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a part-time basis.
This is a broad and responsible role with oversight of the firm's finance function and would suit someone with previous experience working within a law firm who is looking for a senior position offering genuine flexibility.
The role is for 25 hours per week. The firm's preference would be for the hours to be worked as five hours per day across five days, although they are very open to considering alternative working arrangements, including the hours being compressed across three or four days.
The position is hybrid, with only one day per week required in the London office.
The Finance Manager will have overall responsibility for the financial operations of the firm, including line management of an Invoicing Manager and oversight of an outsourced legal cashiering provider.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the firm's billing process, including more complex invoices and narratives
- Managing and overseeing supplier and consultant invoices and Accounts Payable
- Overseeing legal cashiering activity and responding to queries relating to client and office account transactions
- Preparing regular payment runs
- Reviewing Client Account transfers
- Producing monthly and quarterly management information
- Maintaining and updating P&L and cashflow forecasts
- Reviewing WIP, aged debt and recovery rates
- Overseeing credit control
- Supporting budgeting and wider financial planning
- Overseeing client financial onboarding
- Liaising with the firm's accountants
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Assisting with annual accounts and SRA Client Account audits
- Managing and developing the firm's Invoicing Manager
- Working closely with the COO and wider management team on financial matters
We are looking for someone with strong finance experience gained within a law firm environment.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of a broad finance function and working autonomously, while also managing relationships with senior stakeholders, external accountants and outsourced providers.
Experience of areas such as management accounts, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, WIP, billing, credit control and SRA accounting requirements would be particularly valuable.
Previous management or supervisory experience would also be beneficial.
Experience using legal accounting or practice management systems would be advantageous, although specific experience of the firm's system is not essential.
This is a 25-hour-per-week position.
The preferred working pattern is five hours per day across five days, although there is flexibility and alternative arrangements across three or four days will also be considered.
The role requires just one day per week in the London office, with the remainder worked remotely.
