Conveyancing Fee Earner
We are working with an established law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload and taking transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload, with a particular focus on sales and purchases.
Responsibilities are likely to include:
Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
Reviewing contracts, title documentation and property information
Raising and responding to enquiries
Managing exchange and completion processes
Keeping clients updated throughout the transaction
Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate records and managing competing deadlines across a busy caseload
Applicants should have strong practical experience in residential conveyancing and be comfortable managing files independently.
The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:
Previous experience handling residential sales and purchases
The ability to manage their own caseload from start to finish
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Excellent client care and communication skills
Confidence dealing with third parties including agents, lenders and other solicitors
A proactive and commercially minded approach
The ability to work effectively within a busy property team
This role would suit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or similarly experienced residential property professional.

Residential Real Estate Paralegal
We are working with a well-established London law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join its property team.
This is a hands-on role providing support across a busy residential conveyancing caseload. The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners and assist with the day-to-day progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
The role is likely to include opening and managing files, liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and other third parties, preparing and reviewing documentation, ordering searches, dealing with enquiries, preparing completion statements and supporting with exchange, completion and post-completion requirements.
The firm is specifically looking for someone with good practical experience of residential conveyancing who understands the key stages of a transaction and can contribute with minimal supervision.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills will be essential, together with the ability to manage competing deadlines and provide a high standard of client service.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant who is looking to join a respected London practice and continue developing their technical and transactional experience.
