High Yield Associate 2-6 PQE
We are instructed on a high yield role for an associate with 2-6 years PQE within a top tier capital markets practice at a premium US firm in London. The team advise on some of the largest and most complex high yield, equity and debt issuances in the market.
While the US specialist team are particularly well-known acting for corporate issuers there is also the opportunity to represent underwriters. The team are highly sought after to advise lenders on leveraged buyouts, particularly when there is a complex bond financing structure.

Open to those currently residing in New York/other jurisdictions and will pay a generous relocation package
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating bond documents (including credit facility documents, indentures, purchase agreements/underwriting agreements, offering memorandum, registration rights agreements)
- Taking a lead role in transaction management, coordinating closing processes, and managing condition precedent workflows.
- Liaising directly with issuers and underwriters
Candidate profile
- US qualified
- 2-6 years' PQE
- Significant high yield experience
