Junior Legal Technology Analysts

UK&I - London
Contract
Up to £50k

We are working on an exciting legal technology project and are looking for a small number of junior analysts to join the team.

This would be an excellent opportunity for law graduates, future trainees, or junior candidates with a strong interest in legal technology, financial services, contracts and data.

The project will focus on the digitisation of derivatives and syndicated loans portfolios for some of the world's largest financial institutions. You will be reviewing financial services legal agreements, working with a specialist technology platform, and helping to extract, analyse and reconcile key contractual data.

Full training will be provided on the technology and, where needed, on the relevant agreement types, so previous experience in derivatives or syndicated loans is not essential. What matters most is strong attention to detail, a genuine interest in contracts and legal tech, and the ability to work carefully and methodically.

The initial contract will be for three months, but there is a strong possibility that the project will extend much further into 2026.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience at the intersection of law, technology and financial services.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to be considered.

Partner Resourcing Coordinator
UK&I - London
Permanent
Up to £50k

We are working with a major international law firm that is looking to appoint a Partner Resourcing Coordinator to join its growing lateral recruitment team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to become closely involved in senior-level legal recruitment within a firm undergoing significant growth and international expansion.

The Partner Resourcing team manages a substantial volume of lateral partner hiring each year and plays an important role in supporting the firm's wider growth strategy. The team works closely with practice leaders to identify opportunities, understand target markets and recruit partners capable of strengthening and expanding the firm's offering.

Although the title includes Coordinator, this is not a diary-management or interview-scheduling position. The team has dedicated scheduling support, allowing the successful person to focus more fully on market intelligence, candidate research, search delivery and the wider partner recruitment process.

You will work alongside experienced Partner Resourcing professionals covering a broad range of practice areas, including finance, litigation, corporate, commercial and real estate.

The role will involve working with external search firms and recruitment agencies, ensuring that they are properly briefed and have the market information required to identify relevant partner talent. You will help manage agency relationships, maintain appropriate records and support the review and negotiation of terms.

You will also contribute to business cases for proposed lateral hires, working with internal stakeholders to gather information on team structures, financial performance, strategic priorities, market opportunities and potential revenue generation.

A significant part of the role will involve supporting partner candidates through a detailed and highly confidential recruitment process. This will include helping candidates complete relevant questionnaires and business plans, coordinating information relating to clients, conflicts and compliance, and ensuring that the process is managed professionally from initial approach through to conclusion.

The successful person will also support direct sourcing and market-mapping activity, researching firms, practice groups and individual partners to help identify relevant talent and provide the wider business with meaningful market intelligence.

This is a broad and commercially focused role that combines research, relationship management, recruitment process ownership and exposure to senior law firm strategy.

The firm is open-minded regarding background. Previous experience within legal recruitment, executive search, professional services recruitment or an in-house resourcing team would be beneficial. This could also suit an agency recruiter who has gained strong legal-market knowledge and is now looking to move into an in-house environment.

You should be commercially curious, highly organised and confident handling sensitive information. Strong written communication, research and stakeholder-management skills will be essential, together with a genuine interest in the legal market and how law firms grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing team at an important stage in the firm's growth and gain valuable exposure to senior lateral recruitment within a major international practice.

We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator to join its growing London Legal Recruitment team.

This is a newly created position arising from significant growth across the London office and a considerable increase in lateral hiring activity.

The successful person will take a leading role in managing lateral associate recruitment across the London office and will act as a central point of contact for partners, candidates, recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include holding initial intake meetings with partners and hiring managers, clarifying recruitment requirements, advising on search strategy, briefing agencies, managing applications, coordinating interviews, supporting candidate screening and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

You will work closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the firm, providing regular updates on live searches, market conditions, candidate availability and potential recruitment challenges.

The successful person will report directly to the Manager of Legal Recruiting and will work alongside colleagues focused on lateral partner recruitment, graduate recruitment and professional resources.
