A highly regarded US law firm is continuing to invest in its London leveraged finance practice, which has established a strong reputation advising major corporates, private equity sponsors, sovereign borrowers and financial institutions on complex cross-border financing transactions.
The team is partner-led and advises on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including leveraged acquisitions, syndicated lending, private credit, restructuring and real estate finance. It is particularly well known for handling bespoke financing structures across multiple layers of the capital stack, acting for sponsors, funds and borrowers on high-value domestic and international transactions.
The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified with 2-4 years' PQE gained in a leading leveraged finance practice at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or elite US law firm.
