Document Review Paralegal
We are looking for paralegals to join a new document review project starting within the next week or two.
This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic client on an interesting review project and build further hands-on paralegal experience.
Previous document review experience would be ideal, although we are also happy to hear from paralegals with strong attention to detail, good academics and a genuine interest in developing their experience in this area.
You will need to be organised, reliable and comfortable working carefully through large volumes of information.
This project will require you to work remotely.

Legal Documentation Analyst - Legal Tech / Financial Services
We are working with a fast-growing legal technology business that supports some of the world's leading financial institutions with the digitisation and analysis of complex legal agreements.
They are now looking for Legal Documentation Analysts to join the team on a contract basis. This would suit someone who has moved beyond junior paralegal-level review work and has gained genuine exposure to financial services legal documentation, contract data, remediation or legal technology projects, but who is still happy working in a hands-on analyst capacity.
The role sits at the intersection of law, finance and technology. The work will involve reviewing, analysing and extracting key information from financial services legal agreements, helping to ensure that contract data is accurate, consistent and properly captured within the platform.
You may be working with documents such as ISDAs, CSAs, syndicated loan agreements, trading documentation, onboarding documentation or other financial/legal agreements. Experience with these exact documents would be helpful, but broader experience in contract review, legal documentation, legal operations, document remediation or financial services documentation could also be relevant.
This is not a traditional paralegal role and it is not purely document review. It requires someone who enjoys getting into the detail of contracts, understands the importance of accurate legal data, and can apply judgment while still following structured processes.
You will need to be confident working with complex documentation, spotting inconsistencies, reconciling information and asking sensible questions where something does not look right. Strong attention to detail, good Excel/data skills and a genuine interest in legal technology will be important.
This could suit a paralegal, legal analyst, documentation analyst, contract analyst or legal operations professional who has worked within a law firm, financial institution, legal managed services team, legal tech provider or in-house legal function.
The role is based in the City on a hybrid basis and will initially be offered as a contract, with strong potential for extension and further project work.
Russian Speaking Paralegal
We are working with a brilliant specialist litigation firm in London on a new paralegal vacancy within its disputes team. The firm is known for taking on complex, high-value and often high-profile litigation, acting for clients in situations where the stakes are genuinely significant.
This particular role requires someone with Russian language skills, alongside previous litigation paralegal experience.
It would suit a Russian-speaking paralegal who wants to build meaningful experience in a specialist disputes environment and be part of a team working on serious, complex and fascinating matters.
The role is being offered on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. You will be providing dedicated support on a substantial litigation matter, working closely with lawyers, counsel and external parties. The work will involve hearing and trial preparation, bundles, document management, legal research, attendance notes, correspondence and general case support. It will be busy, detailed and at times demanding, but it is also a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their litigation experience in a firm where the work is both interesting and important.
The firm itself is one I know extremely well, and it is genuinely one of the loveliest places I recruit for. They are highly respected in the disputes market, but what stands out just as much is the culture. It is collaborative, friendly, supportive and human. They care about the work, they care about their clients, and they care about the people in the team. For someone looking to gain excellent litigation experience without feeling like a number in a huge machine, this could be a really special opportunity.
You do not need to have done this exact type of work before, but you will need some previous litigation paralegal experience, strong academics, Russian language skills and a genuine interest in contentious work. You should be organised, calm under pressure, detail-focused and confident communicating with lawyers, clients and external parties.
The work will suit someone who enjoys being involved in complex matters and who takes pride in doing things properly.
This is an ideal role for a Russian-speaking litigation paralegal who wants to step into a high-quality litigation environment, work on genuinely impressive cases and join a team that is known not only for the calibre of its work, but also for being a really lovely place to work.
