Private Client Legal Secretary

We're working with a well-established law firm recruiting for a Legal Secretary / Administrator to join their Private Client team in a busy, friendly, and diverse central London office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior secretarial or administrative experience and a genuine interest in Private Client work to join a supportive environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team, providing both administrative and client-facing support.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing correspondence and legal documents, always ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Opening and closing client files, archiving, and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Supporting financial administration and diary management for the team
  • Acting as an initial point of contact for new enquiries, liaising with clients and arranging meetings
  • Coordinating team meetings, business development activities, and marketing events
  • Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team as required
  • Maintaining high standards of organisation across all tasks and processes
  • Ensuring all work is handled with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar position, strong keyboard and administrative skills, and a professional, flexible approach. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence dealing with clients, and a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

  • Supporting business development initiatives, including pitch preparation and client engagement activities
  • Contributing to budget planning, innovation projects, and broader practice management and operational initiatives

This role would suit a commercially minded and highly organised individual with a strong background in corporate law and an interest in practice management. Reprographics Coordinator

We're working with a leading international law firm seeking to recruit a Reprographics Coordinator on a 6-month FTC to support their Office Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with proven reprographics or office services experience to take on a key role within a busy professional services environment. You'll be working closely with the Office Services Manager and wider team to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end reprographics and office support service, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to agreed deadlines.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day reprographics services, including scanning, colour and black & white printing, photocopying, and finishing
  • Assembling printed materials, including laminating, guillotining, and binding
  • Monitoring stock levels of stationery and reprographics consumables and placing orders as required
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining reprographics equipment, escalating issues to suppliers where necessary
  • Ensuring all work is delivered within agreed service level agreements and deadlines
  • Tracking usage and costs of print and copy consumables alongside the Office Services Manager
  • Handling post, document delivery, and coordinating national and international couriers
  • Supporting wider office services tasks, including meeting room set-up, office moves, and maintaining housekeeping standards
