Experienced Legal Analysts - Contract Review / Legal Operations Project

UK&I - London
Contract
Up to £50k

We are working with a growing legal technology business that partners with some of the world's largest financial institutions on complex contract digitisation and legal data projects.

Following continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a small number of more experienced legal analysts to support a large-scale contract review project. This would suit candidates who have already gained experience in document review, legal operations, contract review, legal tech, contract remediation or similar legal project work, and who are comfortable working through high volumes of legal documentation with accuracy and care.

The work will involve reviewing financial services legal agreements, extracting and checking key data points, supporting the digitisation of contract portfolios, and helping ensure that information is captured clearly and consistently. You do not need to have specialist legal negotiation experience, but you should be confident working with legal documents and able to get up to speed quickly with new systems, processes and project requirements.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have around two to three years' experience in legal document review, contract review, legal operations, financial services documentation, legal tech projects or related legal project work. Experience with high-volume review, quality checking, remediation projects or structured legal data work would be very helpful.

This could be a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed legal work but is also interested in the way technology is changing the legal market. The project is expected to run initially for three months, with a strong possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-focused, confident using technology, and comfortable working in a project environment where accuracy, consistency and pace all matter. You should be able to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and bring a bit more experience and judgement than an entry-level analyst.

This is a contract opportunity and would suit someone available fairly immediately.

Junior Legal Technology Analysts - Contract Project
UK&I - London
Contract
Up to £50k

We are working on an exciting legal technology project and are looking for a small number of junior analysts to join the team.

This would be an excellent opportunity for law graduates, future trainees, or junior candidates with a strong interest in legal technology, financial services, contracts and data.

The project will focus on the digitisation of derivatives and syndicated loans portfolios for some of the world's largest financial institutions. You will be reviewing financial services legal agreements, working with a specialist technology platform, and helping to extract, analyse and reconcile key contractual data.

Full training will be provided on the technology and, where needed, on the relevant agreement types, so previous experience in derivatives or syndicated loans is not essential. What matters most is strong attention to detail, a genuine interest in contracts and legal tech, and the ability to work carefully and methodically.

The initial contract will be for three months, but there is a strong possibility that the project will extend much further into 2026.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience at the intersection of law, technology and financial services.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to be considered.

CRM Specialist- Global Law Firm
UK&I - London
Permanent
£51k to £100k

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a CRM Specialist to join its London Marketing & Business Development team on a permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of CRM data but also wants a visible, people-facing role working closely with partners, lawyers, secretaries, and BD colleagues.

The firm is entering an important phase of its CRM journey, with a new platform being rolled out across the London office following implementation in the US. The successful candidate will play a central role in the London migration, working closely with colleagues overseas while serving as the local point of contact for CRM data, training, user support, and best practices.

This is not simply a data-cleansing role. It needs someone who can take ownership, understand how CRM supports business development, and help bring users with them. You will be expected to support the migration, improve data quality, run training and demos, and work directly with senior stakeholders to show how the system can be used properly and effectively.

The role will include:

* Supporting the London office through a major CRM migration project

* Acting as the local CRM subject matter expert

* Working closely with the US CRM team to ensure consistency and best practice

* Managing, cleansing and maintaining CRM data

* Supporting partners and senior stakeholders with CRM usage and relationship intelligence

* Delivering training and demos to partners, fee earners, secretaries and BD colleagues

* Maintaining mailing lists, contact records, company records and client data

* Producing searches, reports and lists to support BD activity

* Supporting marketing mailings, invitations and event-related CRM activity

* Ensuring CRM data is accurate, useful and compliant with data protection requirements

The firm is particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have strong CRM experience in a law firm or a broader professional services environment.

You will need to be confident with data, highly accurate, proactive and comfortable working with senior stakeholders. This role would suit someone who is hands-on, organised and able to combine technical CRM knowledge with a calm, helpful and commercial approach.

Experience with legal or professional services CRM platforms is essential, and candidates with experience of CRM migration projects will be of particular interest.

For someone with the right blend of CRM, data, training and stakeholder skills, this is a genuinely interesting opportunity to take ownership of a key system at a pivotal moment for a high-performing international firm.
