Project Manager - Legal | Tier-1 Investment Bank | 18-Month Contract

We're hiring on behalf of a leading global investment bank for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join its Global Legal function on a high-profile regulatory and transformation portfolio.

You'll partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology and external vendors to deliver complex regulatory, process-improvement and risk initiatives across multiple business lines. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environments.

What you'll do

• Lead regulatory and efficiency programmes end-to-end

• Run workshops, working groups and senior stakeholder forums

• Own requirements gathering, BRDs and process redesign

• Manage plans, RAID logs, vendors and delivery milestones

• Drive UAT, change management and go-live readiness

• Produce business cases, runbooks and training materials

What we're looking for

• 7-10+ years in Project Management / Business Analysis

• Strong Banking & Capital Markets experience

• Exposure to Legal, Compliance or Risk highly valued

• Confident engaging senior stakeholders

• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and process-mapping skills

• Structured, solutions-focused and delivery-driven
