A leading Irish corporate law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate to join its high-performing Corporate M&A team. In this role, you'll work on major Irish and cross-border transactions, advising global corporates, financial institutions, public bodies, and fast-growing innovators. You'll play a key part in delivering commercially focused advice on complex, high-value matters while contributing to one of the top corporate practices in the market.
As part of the team, you'll take responsibility for advising clients on strategic corporate transactions, drafting clear and commercially grounded legal documentation, and collaborating closely with specialist and cross-border colleagues on high-profile deals. You'll contribute to business development, thought leadership, and client-focused initiatives, while representing the firm at key networking and industry events and building long-term, trusted client relationships.
Required Skills and Experience
3-5 years' PQE in corporate M&A or Private Equity.
Strong academics and excellent drafting/analytical skills.
Applicants will ideally be Irish or England & Wales Qualified, however this team is open to common law applicants (Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand Qualified lawyers are encouraged to apply)
