Freddie Lawson leads our Partner Search practice, placing partners into US and English firms, in London, Europe and Asia. Freddie qualified as a banking lawyer in 2008, before moving to search in 2010.  He has been responsible for some of the market’s largest individual and team moves.

Roger Barron’s role at Montresor involves providing counsel to Montresor consultants, clients, and individual partners represented by the firm. His career as an M&A lawyer spanned over 30 years, and has included time as a Linklaters Partner, Vice-Chair of M&A at Paul Hastings and Senior Advisor to Eversheds Sutherland. 

Tom Balmer is the founder of Montresor Legal and has worked within the legal recruitment industry since 2001. Tom’s clients include top US and UK law firms and he also works with a number of buy and sell side in-house teams.
