Founded in 2012, Montresor Legal began with a clear vision: to provide a more strategic, relationship-driven approach to legal recruitment. Our founder, who has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, recognised the need for a more tailored recruitment service that truly understands the unique dynamics of the legal profession.
In 2024, we became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) company, resulting in every member of our team having a stake in the future of Montresor Legal.
