Finance Paralegal
A law firm in London is looking to hire a Structured Finance Paralegal to join its finance team on a one-year contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, ambitious and proactive paralegal to join a highly regarded structured finance practice, supporting partners and associates on a broad range of securitisation, structured finance and asset-backed finance transactions.
The team works across a wide variety of asset classes and financing structures, including asset-backed securitisations, CLOs, structured credit, receivables financing, warehouse financing, fund finance, residential mortgage-backed transactions, NPLs, direct lending and other bespoke or more complex financing arrangements.
The successful candidate will provide support across live transactional matters, assisting with document management, conditions precedent processes, signing and closing mechanics, transaction bibles, matter coordination, post-completion work and general deal support. The firm is looking for someone who has already gained paralegal experience within a US or international law firm.
