- LP secondaries on the buy side
- Mix of LP and GP experience
- Strong technical skills
- England/Wales qualified, but will consider Australian/NZ qualified candidates

Requirements:

Strong experience in leveraged or acquisition finance, ideally representing both lenders and borrowers.
Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex workstreams independently
